(Optician) How long does it take to receive the continuing education certificate? |

When you pass a test, you will receive a bona-fide copy of your CEC certificate via e-mail that will be accepted by most state boards and accrediting agencies. For states or accrediting bodies that require an original copy or special certificate, one will be mailed within 7-10 days upon request when you select the type of certificate you need at the bottom of each test.

(Optician) What do I do with my certificate once I receive it? |
|
Typically, the ABO / NCLE requires that you submit their portion of the certificate to them in the same year that you take the course (the "blue" sheet). However, if you take any ABO / NCLE course on our site, you DO NOT SUBMIT ANYTHING TO ABO / NCLE. Most other national organizations and state boards require you to keep a copy of the certificate for auditing purposes. If you are not sure what to do, contact your state board for assistance. Should you need duplicate copies of a certificate, please contact us.

What if I don't feel comfortable submitting my credit card or personal information over the Internet? |

You may open a single or multi-course account by sending a check or money order via first class mail. Simply enclose a note with the course title and the required information on the test page. You MUST include your e-mail address. Once payment is received, we will contact you with instructions on how to submit the appropriate test. Please make your check or money order payable to Quantum Optical, and mail it to us.
