The common element that causes us all to loose confidence, trust, loyalty and ultimately business is a perceived indifference on the part of the buyer.

Value is the most important element of marketing and business. Value is defined as the extent to which people perceive what you do as good and worthwhile. patients and staff members at every level must perceive that the products and services being offered represent a good value if they are to remain happy, loyal and productive. Management must actively teach and reinforce the ‘value concept’ to plug the holes in the bucket.
