Over the past decade we have seen incredible advances in the contact lens industry. Let’s look at what differentiates these lenses and what factors influence our lens choice. It may seem that the doctor you work with picks a different lens for every patient that walks in the door and you may wonder why. Or on the other end of the spectrum, your doctor may seem to use one lens for every single patient and you wonder what makes it different. We'll touch on which lenses are better for specific scenarios and why.
