Patients commonly return to discuss issues with their new glasses. This course presents a ten step, systematic approach which addresses customer service and listening skills, what common complaints may indicate, and how to best verify the glasses.
Upon completion of this course, the participant should be able to: identify possible problems with glasses based on common patient complaints; understand the proper way to mark progressives to check pupillary distance and segment heights; determine whether visual issues are caused by prescription, glasses, or underlying medical conditions; develop a systematic approach to troubleshooting to ensure that all issues are resolved.
